Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Deen Connect (دين كونكت) handles the information needed to run lessons, payments, and accounts for students, parents, and teachers.
What we store
We store your name, email, phone, role, learning goals, lesson history, wallet transactions, circle messages you send, and support reports you submit. If you allow notifications, we store a device token so we can send lesson reminders and account messages.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the name and email that provider shares with us. We do not receive that provider’s password.
Children and parents
A parent creates and manages a linked child account. The parent can see that child’s profile. A teacher sees the child only for lessons they teach. We do not ask a child to create an independent account.
Who can see progress
Learning progress is shown according to the visibility setting on the profile: private, teachers only, circles, or public. Detailed circle activity is shared only when that setting allows it.
Payments
Manual top-up receipts, such as Instapay and Vodafone Cash, are kept so support can confirm the transfer. Full card numbers are not stored here. Card charges are handled by the payment provider.
Classroom and reports
Lesson notes, annotations, and reports stay with the lesson participants, the parent of a linked child, and support when a dispute is opened.
How we use information
- To run the account, lessons, subscription, and wallet.
- To show progress according to the privacy setting you choose.
- To review support reports and disputes.
- To send lesson notifications when you allow them.
We do not sell personal information. Deen Connect does not use Facebook Login.
Deletion
You can delete the account from settings in the app. That removes the ability to sign in and anonymizes the profile. Financial and audit records are kept without your name. Full steps are on the Data Deletion page.
