These terms govern use of Deen Connect (دين كونكت) by students, parents, and teachers. Using the platform means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You must give accurate account information. A parent creates and manages a linked child account and chooses whether that child may join circles or share detailed progress. An account is personal and must not be shared.
Lessons and the Wallet
Subscriptions are paid from the Wallet. Instapay and Vodafone Cash top-ups are added only after the transfer is reviewed. A card top-up is added only after the payment provider confirms the charge. Each attended lesson debits that lesson’s share of the subscription cycle.
If the teacher does not attend, the payer may take a Wallet refund of that lesson’s share or one makeup lesson credit on the subscription.
Teachers
A teacher’s earning is the lesson amount minus the platform commission. Available earnings are paid to the payout method saved on the teacher account. Teachers provide accurate information during verification.
Conduct
- Do not harass other people, publish another person’s private lesson content, or misuse circles.
- Support reviews reports and disputes and may restrict an account that breaks these terms.
- Lesson content and messages stay with their participants and are not republished outside Deen Connect.
Closing an account
You may delete your account from settings. Deletion anonymizes the profile and blocks later sign-in. See the Data Deletion Instructions.
